One of the questions I get asked most often is... how did you get started?

Here is how it all started for me...

I’ve been in many leadership positions in my career, and in my last role I realised that there is so much more to this role than I ever thought. Being a team leader is not just to know how to plan, structure and deliver a project. It is more about understanding how to lead and inspire people, connect with clients, and achieve consistent results. In addition, the speed of the program and limited skilled people made I tougher. It was terrifying some days and when you ask for help, there’s no Senior Managers who could help as they were struggling as well. I was trying to work it out by myself, and that was hard. In the end, I convinced myself, 'this is as good as it's going to be...?'

Then I had a breakthrough when I started to look for answers beyond the my profession. COVID-19 unleashed its wrath and I found myself locked down. During this time, I discovered Mac Attram, Tony Robbins and then later The Coaching Institute. I was convinced that learning about human behaviour, beliefs, and attitudes can help create a high-performing team and this will be a game changer for me and the people I work with.

So, I was curious to pursue my life’s purpose and fulfilment… I invested time and money and began studying the principles of Power of the Mind, Business Mastery and Meta DynamicsTM coaching methodology. It was a turning point in my life. Without fail, the Meta DynamicsTM Critical Alignment Model turned chaos into clarity in business and personal life. I began to create growth in every area of my life I never thought possible. Soon, I took on more complex business leadership roles and the results have been Epic. Then I started sharing what I've learned with others. I noticed how their life, too, was turning around for the better, and I knew coaching works.

As friends and family started seeing the difference in me and how I transformed my life, they began asking what brought it about? That's when I knew I had to share this with more people. And that's how the Business and Leadership Mindset Program came about.

Having had many years of experience leading professional teams, I have been surprised by the effectiveness of the Meta DynamicsTM Critical Alignment Model in creating a high-performing business culture. 

I wish I had a mindset like this when I first started as a team leader because instead of the frustration of not knowing how to lead, I would have the exact structure, systems, and skills needed to help me and my team create the results we wanted.
